They run natively on windows XP, but after some fiddling they can be ran at 64-bin operation systems too.īit more expensive J2534 Mini VCI (usually ~80$): I unfortunately cannot get my hand on those. From what I read you can identify these by MINI-VCI firmware version 1.4.x, they cannot be updated to 2.0.x version as the chip cannot handle the newer firmware (there is supposedly a solution to debrick them). The main drawback of those is that they do not support ECT data list and monitor readout (Error S999-99, Error code: 0xC0040001). From my own experience, after setting them up, they should be good option for reading out error codes and changing TPMS tire IDs.
